Good preparation

Préparer un accouchement naturel
Vous pouvez vouloir avoir un accouchement naturel. Vous pouvez choisir d’accoucher à domicile si votre grossesse le permet. Cela aide à être plus actrice de son accouchement, et il y a moins d’interventions qu’à l’hôpital. Pas de soulagement des douleurs avec des méthodes classiques mais plutôt l’immersion dans l’eau, les sons, les massages, l’homéopathie… Des études montrent que l’accouchement dans l’eau abaisse les douleurs et réduit l’utilisation des produits analgésiques et de la péridurale. Soyez bien accompagnée par une sage femme et une équipe médicale.
