Add 5 grams of the blend to a cup.

Pour simmering water over the mixture and leave to infuse for 10 to 15 minutes.

Then strain the mixture.

Mix the contents of the sachet well before use for an even infusion.

We recommend drinking 1 cup of herbal tea per day.

Je trouve que cette tisane a bon goût mais elle est trop grossièrement coupée pour être pratique. Il est aussi quasiment impossible de laisser la boule à thé propre après utilisation.

Bon goût mais mauvais mouture

La tisane a un goût plutôt bon mais quelle galère pour s’en faire une tasse. La mouture est trop fine et se coince dans mon filtre à mailles bien qu’extra fines, obligée d’y aller à la brosse pour bien le nettoyer ensuite. Pas pratique du tout

Bonjour Laura, nous sommes désolées pour cette mauvaise expérience. Il arrive que les mélange de fin de production soient contiennent un peu moins de gros morceaux. Nous vous conseillons de bien mélanger le sachet avant utilisation pour homogénéiser la préparation.
