Très bon. Je l’ai acheté car carencée en fer.
Format très petit (même pas une semaine de petit-dej), prix selon moi plus qu’excessif !
Je préfère continuer du coup à le faire moi-même (même ingrédients) et me supplémenter en fer autrement.

Meilleur granola que je connaisse, je le trouve vraiment savoureux et pas trop sucré. Mais au vu du prix, je trouve qu'il y en a vraiment trop peu dans le sachet. J'arrive en faire 3 petits déjeuners (et je ne crois pas abuser sur les quantités), ce qui revient à quasiment 5€ la portion...

De la gourmandise avec le côté bien être

Enceinte de mon 3e enfant et souvent en manque de fer. Petit boost agréable qui a retarder la prise de fer en médicament. Je l’agrémente soit avec un yaourt ou avec lait d’amande. La gourmandise sera continuer après!!

Mon taux de fer était pas au top et je cherchais à augmenter mon apport en Fer au quotidien. J’adore ce produit que je met dans mon yaourt!
