In accordance with statutory provisions regarding the right of cancellation, you have 14 days from receipt of your order to notify us of your decision to cancel.

Once your order is being prepared, it can no longer be modified or cancelled. You will need to wait until you receive your parcel to exercise your right of cancellation via this form.

Products must be in perfect condition, unopened, and complete to be eligible for a refund.

Specific case of a subscription order:

• If you return your subscription order in full and you are within your commitment period, your commitment will be extended by 1 month

• If you return a subscription order (order 3 and above) and wish to cancel your subscription, please go to your subscriber area to cancel your subscription and avoid receiving any further orders
