Crazy nut is 100% organic, vegan, palm oil-free, gluten-free, with 55% hazelnuts, and enriched! 3 teaspoons of spread provide 200mg of DHA, an essential omega-3 for the healthy development of the brain and vision of the foetus and breastfed baby. A delicious, healthy spread that works like a food supplement.

You can give some to your child; however, we recommend giving no more than 1 to 2 teaspoons per day depending on their age: between 6 months and 3 years, the recommended dose of DHA is 70 mg. Between 3 and 9 years, the recommended dose of DHA is 125 mg.
