Perineal wash bottle - Postpartum peri bottle for perineal hygiene after childbirth

A gentle way to wash. After giving birth, the perineum is sensitive. The peri bottle lets you clean it with warm water, without rubbing, so you can feel clean and more comfortable after every trip to the toilet.

Particularly useful after a vaginal birth, if you have stitches, an episiotomy, intimate sensitivity or haemorrhoids.

A precise stream. Its adjustable nozzle directs water exactly where it’s needed, without splashing.

Take it anywhere. At the maternity unit, at home or out and about, it fits into its bag so you can take it anywhere.

Preparation. Fill the bottle with warm water. Screw the cap on securely and position the nozzle.

How to use. Gently turn the bottle upside down and aim the nozzle at the area to be cleaned (perineum or caesarean scar). Gently squeeze the bottle to rinse, then repeat if needed. Pat dry gently with a clean towel, without rubbing.

After each use, empty the peri bottle, take it apart, then wash it in warm, soapy water and rinse with clean water. Let it air-dry completely, with the nozzle pointing downwards, before storing it.
