You are charged on the day of subscription and the first parcel is dispatched immediately. Subsequent parcels will be dispatched on that same date in the following months. For example, if you subscribe on 2 January for monthly delivery: the first dispatch and first charge take place immediately. The next dispatches and charges will take place on 2 February, 2 March, and so on.
Yes, you can take advantage of our offers with your subscription! In practice, you can enter the offer code directly in your account in your customer area. During our Jolly days, you can skip your next delivery or even set it to a date of your choice.
