Before first use, machine-wash the breast pads at 30 °C in the included laundry bag.

Place one breast pad in each cup of your bra, with the soft bamboo side against your skin and the waterproof side facing outwards. Their conical shape allows them to follow the natural curve of your breasts.

Change the breast pads as soon as they feel damp to keep your skin dry and help limit irritation. Depending on how much milk you leak, you may need several pairs a day, especially during the first few weeks of breastfeeding.

If you apply a care cream to your nipples, let it absorb for a few moments before putting the breast pad in place.

Between washes, keep used breast pads in the laundry bag. Store clean breast pads in a dry place.

The set comes with a laundry bag so you can easily wash them in the machine.

Our reusable breast pads are easy to care for. After use, simply rinse the breast pad in cold water to remove any milk residue, then machine wash them in the laundry bag provided. Use a gentle detergent, without fabric softener, and avoid the tumble dryer to preserve the quality of the fibres and microfibres. Using the laundry bag is strongly recommended to protect their quality, as it shields the fibres from excessive friction.

Make sure it is centred on the breast to prevent leaks. If milk flow is heavy, it is recommended to change the pads regularly to avoid moisture build-up.
