Magical!

Really great, and I also gained 300 ml more per day in my milk pumping — a true booster!

Stocking up on nutrients
This pack combines Post Essentials and Oméga Mama. A combination bringing together 17 vitamins and minerals (vitamins B, D, C, E, A, K, zinc, selenium, iodine, etc.) and plant-based DHA and EPA.
Maternal consumption of DHA contributes to the normal development of the brain and eyes of the breastfed infant. The beneficial effect is obtained with a daily intake of 200 mg of DHA, in addition to the daily recommended intake of omega-3 fatty acids for adults, i.e. 250 mg of DHA and EPA.

Looking after your skin and hair
Vitamin C contributes to normal collagen formation for the normal function of the skin.
Vitamin B8, zinc, and selenium contribute to the maintenance of normal hair.
Vitamins A, B2, B3, and B8 contribute to the maintenance of normal skin.
Our Mama poule broth is rich in natural collagen, with 6 g of collagen per jar. Our raw cacao powder Mamaload contains hydrolysed marine collagen, with 3 g per serving.

Supporting your body in the postpartum period
Happy Postpartum supports emotional balance thanks to saffron and helps maintain a positive mood. Ginger contributes to physical wellbeing. Vitamin C contributes to the normal function of the immune system during and after intense physical exercise.

Mama Poule broths
Drink piping hot. As the broth is very rich in collagen, it takes on an almost "jellified" appearance when cold.
We recommend warming it gently in a saucepan over a low heat. You can also reheat it for 1 minute 30 seconds in the microwave at 700W (without the lid).

Mamaload powder
Take 8.2g of powder (3 heaped measuring scoops) dissolved in your drink of choice (oat, buckwheat, almond, coconut milk, etc.).
Contains 15 doses of 8.2g.

Happy Postpartum
From birth, take 1 ampoule once a day for 1 week, or longer if needed depending on the intensity of pain and bleeding.

Post essentials
Take 2 capsules per day.

Omega Mama
Take 1 capsule per day with a glass of water, preferably with a meal.
