Un petit rappel mama : les galactogènes ne sont pas indispensables pour allaiter. La première chose à faire est de mettre votre bébé au sein et sans regarder la montre.

Faire le plein de DHA pour l’allaitement
Un snack Cho-chocolat contient 200 mg de DHA (soit l’équivalent d’un petit poisson ou 2 tranches de saumon fumé). La consommation de DHA par la mère contribue au développement normal du cerveau et de la vision de l’enfant allaité*.
*L'effet bénéfique est obtenu par la consommation journalière de 200 mg de DHA, en plus de la consommation journalière d’acides gras oméga-3 recommandée pour les adultes, soit 250 mg de DHA et d’EPA.

Nous vous conseillons de consommer une tasse de 2,5 grammes de préparation pour 250 mL d’eau. Faire infuser le mélange pendant 5 à 7 min dans une eau à 95°C.
