Notre pâte à tartiner Crazy nut est riche en oméga 3 et une portion de 34g contient 200 mg de DHA. Pendant la grossesse et l’allaitement, la consommation de DHA par la mère contribue au développement normal du cerveau et de la vision du fœtus et de l’enfant allaité*.

*L'effet bénéfique est obtenu par la consommation journalière de 200 mg de DHA, en plus de la consommation journalière d’acides gras oméga-3 recommandée pour les adultes, soit 250 mg de DHA et d’EPA.

Faire le plein de collagène (Mamaload)
La poudre chocolatée enrichie au collagène. Une dose permet un apport de 3g de collagène. Nous utilisons du collagène marin de haute qualité sous formes de peptides de collagène. Ce complément est également riche en vitamine C, qui contribue à la formation normale de collagène pour assurer la fonction normale de la peau.

Nous avons choisi un collagène marin français hydrolysé en peptides, de très faible poids moléculaire, favorisant une bonne absorption (1). Le collagène est une protéine de structure du corps, majoritairement de type I. Une étude réalisée sur le collagène utilisé a montré qu’une prise de 2,5 g par jour était bénéfique pour la peau (3). Le collagène marin apporte également des acides aminés communs à ceux de la kératine, protéine constituant les cheveux (2).

No, all our products in this pack are gluten-free!

No, this pack is not vegan as Mamaload contains marine collagen. Crazy nut and Granochoc are vegan.

Our Granochoc contains whole almonds, so please be mindful of the choking risk. As for the dosage, 30g of granola provides 2mg of iron, which is safe for children.
You can give your child Crazy nut spread, but we recommend not giving them more than 1 or 2 teaspoons per day depending on their age (as the recommended DHA intake for children aged 6 months to 3 years is 70mg, and between 3 and 9 years is 125mg (ANSES)).

Yes, all of these products can be taken during pregnancy!
