Chamomile supports optimal relaxation, so it depends, for example, on how relaxed you are before going to bed. If you respond well to meditation, the effects can be immediate.

Start with one vial per day, which is generally sufficient for most people. You can move up to 2 vials per day if you feel the need. It all depends on the individual and how their body responds — for instance, if they have been experiencing sleep problems for a long time, etc.

We recommend taking it 30 minutes to 1 hour before going to bed.
