La production de collagène par le corps diminue de 1.5% par an dès 25 ans. A 35 ans, il ne reste plus que 80% de nos réserves*… Se supplémenter peut donc permettre de refaire le plein de cette protéine. Il peut être difficile d’avoir de bons apports dans l’alimentation, car on le trouve surtout dans le bouillon d’os, ou la peau (porc, bœuf, poulet) ou encore dans les arêtes de poisson, des plats qu’on ne mange pas forcément tous les jours.
