Important for all mamas: foods that support lactation are not compulsory during breastfeeding. If your milk supply drops, put your baby to the breast without watching the clock and consult an IBCLC lactation consultant.

Be mindful of using galactagogues right after birth, to avoid engorgement. Putting your baby to the breast is the best way to support your milk coming in.

Pregnancy : no

The Cho-chocolat and Banana choc snacks are not recommended during pregnancy due to the fenugreek content.

Contraindications:
