Fenugreek is a plant traditionally recognised for supporting breastfeeding. We use a vegan Schizochytrium microalgae oil naturally rich in omega 3 DHA in Cho-chocolat.

We recommend consuming 1 to 2 snacks per day.

The beneficial effect of fenugreek is obtained through the daily consumption of one snack.
The beneficial effect is obtained through the daily consumption of 200 mg of DHA (equivalent to one snack), in addition to the daily intake of omega-3 fatty acids recommended for adults, i.e. 250 mg of DHA and EPA.

Be mindful of using galactagogues right after birth, to avoid engorgement. Putting your baby to the breast is the best way to support your milk coming in.
