200 g of coconut yoghurt
1 pinch of salt
The juice of half a lemon
The zest of half a lemon
50 g agave syrup or maple syrup
1 tbsp cornflour
150 g coconut cream
500 g French strawberries, organic if possible
15 gluten-free speculoos biscuits
