A super easy seed cracker recipe — perfect as a snack or for sharing at gatherings!

Ingredients

½ portion de préparation pour pain aux graines Jolly bread

1 cuillère à soupe de curry ou d’herbes de provence

2 cuillères à soupe d’huile d’olive

1 pincée de gros sel

Recipe

Mix the preparation with the amount of water indicated on the packet.

Add 2 tablespoons of olive oil and your choice of: 1 tablespoon of mild curry powder or herbes de Provence.

Mix well and spread on a baking tray (approximately 5mm thick). Add a little coarse salt if you wish.

In the oven for approximately 1 hour at 150°C.

Break the crackers and place them in a box.

You can enjoy them plain as a snack or with hummus, homemade guacamole, sardine rillettes…
