Ingredients

3 medium-sized leaves of northern cabbage, green or purple
1 tablespoon of olive oil
1 pinch of herb salt

Recipe

Enlever la nervure du milieu (préserver pour un jus), rincer et sécher les feuilles.
Réduire en morceaux de 3 cm environ.
Brasser dans un bol avec l’huile d’olive et le sel.
Étaler sur une plaque et enfourner à 140 degrés pour 15 minutes.
