Margaux's recipe, finally revealed! An absolute treat.
A cake recipe for breastfeeding mums who want to avoid cow's milk proteins, or for all mums with children who are intolerant to cow's milk. Dairy-free, but 100% delicious!

Ingredients

2 apples
100ml of oat cream
4 eggs
2 small glasses of buckwheat flour
1 small glass of agave syrup
½ sachet of yeast
1 glass of oil
Cinnamon (to taste!)

Recipe

Cut the apples and set them aside.
Separate the egg whites from the yolks, whisk the whites to stiff peaks, and keep in the fridge.
Mix the eggs, agave syrup, oil, oat cream, baking powder and flour. Sprinkle with cinnamon if you like.
Gently fold the whisked egg whites into the mixture.
Pour into a tin and place the apple pieces on top.
Bake at 180° for 50 minutes.

For extra crunch, feel free to sprinkle the cake with Granochoc chocolate chip granola.
