Digestion is often disrupted during this phase of the cycle. For this, a few drops of peppermint essential oil can be used by inhalation or mixed with a carrier oil for local application.

Bleeding during periods is accompanied by a significant loss of nutrients, which can leave us feeling tired. During your period, think about using plants rich in vitamins and minerals, such as nettle. You can consume it in any form you like: as a concentrate, an infusion, or a condiment.
