One Cho-chocolat snack contains 200 mg of DHA (the equivalent of a small fish or 2 slices of smoked salmon). Maternal DHA consumption contributes to the normal brain development and vision of the breastfed child*.
*The beneficial effect is obtained with a daily intake of 200 mg of DHA, in addition to the daily omega-3 fatty acid intake recommended for adults, i.e. 250 mg of DHA and EPA.

We recommend consuming 1 snack per day.
The beneficial effect of fenugreek is achieved through the daily consumption of one snack.
The beneficial effect is achieved through the daily consumption of 200 mg of DHA (equivalent to one breastfeeding snack Cho-chocolat), in addition to the daily consumption of omega-3 fatty acids recommended for adults, i.e. 250 mg of DHA and EPA.

Choco nut
To be enjoyed on its own or with milk or yoghurt. For an extra indulgent treat, sprinkle with desiccated coconut.
The beneficial effect of fenugreek on lactation is achieved from a consumption of 100 g of granola.

We recommend preparing one cup using 2.5 grams of the blend for 250 ml of water. Leave the mixture to steep for 5 to 7 minutes in water at 95°C.

Un très bon soutien à la lactation

J'ai commandé plusieurs fois le pack allaitement lorsque j'ai senti que ma lactation était en baisse (fatigue, stress) et à chaque fois cela a augmenté ma quantité de lait! Je l'offre même autour de moi aux mamans allaitantes. Ces produits sont un véritable soutien et en plus ils sont succulents.

Agréable réconfort

Globalement super bon !
Les collations sont croquantes, goûteuses et rassasiantes.
L’infusion est d’une douceur au palais, très agréable sensation de cocooning immédiat. Par contre dommage que les feuilles soient tant broyées (on dirait une fin de thé en vrac) je me retrouve avec pleins de mini particules flottantes çà gâche un peu mon plaisir

Pour sauver mon allaitement

Maman d un bébé d un mois, je tiens à l allaiter..or, je produis peu de lait et ma fille s impatiente ou s endort pendant les tétées. J ai donc tenté les produits jolly mama en croisant les doigts pour mon allaitement...la tisane est parfaite, j aime beaucoup le granola et je trouve les snacks très rassasiant. Étonnement, alors que je suis une adepte du chocolat, j ai adoré celui à la vanille ! Je compte en recommander et tester aussi la pâte à tartiner. Hâte de découvrir aussi !

Peu de recul pour évaluer l'efficacité , snack plutôt bon, goût plutôt surprenant pour mon palais qui aime les choses tres sucrées mais pas mauvais , poudre mama load pas mauvaise mais on sent très bien a l'odeur et au goût le collagène qui vient du poisson ça me dérange un peu .. j'ai rajouté un peu de sucre roux pour pouvoir le boire plus facilement avec mon lait d'amande.. a essayer avec autre chose comme boisson peut être.

Les carrés sont une super

Les carrés sont une super idée et très pratique quand on part en vadrouille. Le granola est délicieux, j’aime un peu moins le porridge niveau texture.
Cela reste tout de même assez cher et peu accessible à toutes les mamans.

J’ai testé les compléments allaitements pour débuter et stimuler ma lactation. Cette dernière s’est vu augmenter tout en prenant plaisir à manger les en-cas et boire la tisane ! Je recommande à fond !!

Très déçu de ces produits.
Je n'ai pas vu d'amélioration sur ma lactation. Publicité mensongère. J'ai suivi toutes les consignes d'utilisation.
Les goûts des snacks sont très spéciaux : pâteux, pas agréable à manger.

Bonjour Dorine, les snacks sont un coup de boost supplémentaire, quand tout se passe bien pour l'allaitement (bonne prise au sein, bonne position, etc). N'hésitez pas à consulter une conseillère en lactation IBCLC si vous avez besoin d'aide pour votre allaitement. Pour le goût, ce sont des snacks sains, sans sucres raffinés, avec des purées d'oléagineux donc ça peut étonner quand on est pas habitué à consommer ce type de snacks.
