Take 2 capsules a day in the middle of a meal (to avoid nausea on an empty stomach). We recommend splitting the dose into 2 separate doses to make it easier to take (morning and evening, or lunchtime and evening if you do not eat breakfast).

Take 3 capsules a day, spreading them out: 1 in the morning, 1 at lunchtime and 1 in the evening.
