– 4-5 cuillères à soupe (20-25g) de notre tisane allaitement
– 1 litre de lait d’amande, de soja, d’avoine ou d’épeautre (ce qui vous fait plaisir)
– 200g de riz rond
– 25g de sucre de coco

Recipe

Mettez le lait et l’infusion dans une casserole, puis chauffez jusqu’à ébullition.

Laissez infuser hors du feu pendant 5 min et retirez l’infusion.

Versez le riz et le sucre dans la casserole contenant le lait parfumé.

Chauffez à petite ébullition durant 25 min jusqu’à cuisson du riz.

Attention remuez très régulièrement ! Le riz doit être fondant et la texture onctueuse.

Versez le riz au lait dans des petits pots ou verines et mettre au frais avant de déguster !
