– 6g de notre tisane allaitement
– 1 cuillère de miel

Recipe

Prenez le jus d’une orange, le zeste et mettez les dans une casserole avec le miel et l'infusion.

Ajoutez 10 cl d’eau et portez à ébullition. Laissez refroidir puis filtrez.

Enlevez la peau des 3 autres oranges et coupez les en quartier. Et enfin versez le sirop sur les oranges.

Il n’y a plus qu’à déguster !
