Treat yourself to this wonderful artichoke and avocado risotto recipe. A vegan and indulgent dish, a real delight for your taste buds!

Ingredients

240g artichoke hearts
200g risotto rice
600ml vegetable stock
1 handful of spinach
1 handful of peas
2 ripe avocados
1 lemon
Olive oil

Recipe

Versez dans une casserole un filet d’huile d’olive puis ajoutez le riz. Nacrez bien le riz.

Ensuite ajoutez une louche de bouillon et remuez bien. Vous pouvez utiliser notre gamme de bouillons post-partum bio, liquides, prêts à l'emploi et extrêmement riches en collagène.

Quand l’eau s’est évaporée, ajoutez une autre louche de bouillon et ainsi de suite jusqu’à ce qu’il n’y ait plus de bouillon.

Ajoutez maintenant les artichauts coupés puis le jus du citron. Retirez la chair de l’avocat, écrasez-la bien avec une fourchette puis ajoutez-la au riz.

Mélangez le tout et servez bien chaud.
