GOLDEN MAMA est notre collagène en poudre façon golden latte pour toutes les mamas, notamment après l’accouchement. Il contient du collagène, un allié pour retendre la peau, lui redonner son élasticité, et prévenir et atténuer les vergetures. Il est également riche en biotine, qui contribue au maintien de vos cheveux. On l’a voulu réconfortant et gourmand, tout en restant sans sucres ajoutés.

 

Pour se faire du bien en postpartum, tout en faisant le plein de collagène et de protéines.

 

La dose journalière pour les poudres est de 7,5g pour un adulte. Adaptez les quantités dans vos recettes en fonction des portions que vous comptez consommer par jour.

Smoothie

Ingredients

1 peeled banana
1 squeezed orange (juice)
¼ mango
7.5g of GOLDEN MAMA
1 slice of peeled fresh ginger

Recipe

Place the ingredients in a blender and blend until smooth and homogeneous.
Serve and drink immediately (you can add ice cubes if you like)

Almond bread

Ingredients
 

500g wholegrain rice flour
320 ml of lukewarm water
1 tsp of salt
10g fresh baker's yeast (gluten-free)
GOLDEN MAMA
120g whole almonds

Recipe

Place all the ingredients in a bowl and knead until you have a smooth, even dough. Then add the almonds and mix.
Cover the dough and leave to rest at room temperature for 1 hour 30 minutes.
Score the surface of your dough. Place your loaf on a baking tray with a glass of water and bake at 240°C for 30 minutes.

Pumpkin soup

Ingredients
 

1.2 kg pumpkin
1 large onion
2 white parts of leek, butter
GOLDEN MAMA
2 tbsp plant-based double cream
Salt and pepper

Recipe

Wash, peel and cut the pumpkin into cubes, along with the onion and white parts of the leek.
Gently fry the onion and leeks in butter, then add the pumpkin. Stir, cover with water, season with salt and pepper. Leave to cook for 25 minutes on a low heat with the lid on.
When the pumpkin is tender when pierced with a knife, blend the soup (with a hand blender or in a blender).
Add the GOLDEN MAMA and the thick cream, blend again and serve hot.
