Ingredients

4 eggs
2 bananas
1 courgette
200g of rolled oats
4 tablespoons of oat milk
1 teaspoon of baking powder
1 pinch of salt

Recipe

Grate the courgette, then place it with all the ingredients in a blender and mix until you obtain a smooth batter.
Leave to rest for 30 minutes, then cook the pancakes in a frying pan.
Enjoy plain or in a savoury version (cream cheese, hummus, tzatziki, smoked salmon…) or sweet (maple syrup, compote, fruit…).
