Post Essentials is 17 vitamins and minerals, and the patented active ingredient Extramel®. This supplement provides essential nutrients: folates (Quatrefolic®), choline, iodine, selenium, zinc, B vitamins, vitamins A, C, etc. This blend of vitamins helps in particular to reduce tiredness and fatigue.

Mama-gnésium provides magnesium, with 100% bisglycinate form. One of the most well-known benefits of magnesium is that it contributes to reducing tiredness and fatigue and to the normal functioning of the nervous system.

Omega Mama, with 250mg of DHA vegan per capsule. Consumption of docosahexaenoic acid (DHA) by the mother contributes to the normal development of the brain and eyes of the foetus and breastfed infant.*
