Yes, but the health of the baby must be your absolute priority. All food supplements from shops are not suitable. During pregnancy and breastfeeding, it is essential to avoid certain plants such as passionflower (potentially genotoxic) or valerian due to a lack of studies on their safety.

The role of melatonin in sleep regulation
