A delicious vegan panna cotta recipe with seasonal strawberries!

Ingredients

500ml of coconut milk
250g of strawberries
2g of agar-agar
50g of agave syrup
1 vanilla pod

Recipe

Pour the coconut milk, agave syrup, vanilla and agar-agar into a saucepan.
Once boiling, keep on a low heat for 2 minutes, stirring continuously.
Pour into individual glasses and leave to set in the fridge for a few hours until the mixture holds its shape.
Cut the strawberries into small pieces.
Arrange them on top of the panna cotta.

For extra crunch, feel free to sprinkle the panna cotta with Granochoc granola with chocolate chips.
