Dilute our food supplement with a little water or juice (150 ml)
Preferably in the morning on an empty stomach.

Take from the end of your period continuously until the first day of your next period to rebalance your cycle (1 pack = 1 cycle).
Or take for 1 week before your period as a 3-month course for premenstrual syndrome (1 pack = 3 cycles). For very severe premenstrual syndrome, take continuously for 3 months.

This food supplement should be used as part of a healthy lifestyle and must not be used as a substitute for a varied and balanced diet. Keep out of reach of children. Do not exceed the recommended daily dose.

Not recommended for pregnant women, as chasteberry, St John's wort and hibiscus are problematic during pregnancy.

Breastfeeding : no

Breastfeeding mothers: use is not recommended during breastfeeding due to the chasteberry content.

ART : no

If you are undergoing IVF or assisted reproduction treatment, Happy cycle should be avoided. Its effect during treatment could alter the way hormones are metabolised. Furthermore, the action of chasteberry may work against the treatment or have an additive effect.

Endometriosis : yes / PCOS: caution

Can be taken safely if you have endometriosis. If you have PCOS, it should only be taken during your luteal phase (before your period), and not continuously.

Contraindications:

People taking medication should consult a healthcare professional beforehand. Not recommended for women with a personal or family history of breast cancer. Contraindication: bile duct obstruction. Can only be used following medical advice in cases of gallstones, due to the presence of dandelion. If you are taking the contraceptive pill, the chasteberry and St John's wort in our supplement may interfere with its effectiveness.

3 mois que j'utilise les Before Period, je me sens moins sensible, je n'ai plus de saignements 1 semaine avant mes règles, mes humeurs sont mieux régulées. Reste encore un tout petit dragon encore quelques fois mais rien de comparable à avant.

Complément très facile à prendre, bon goût. J’ai pris un pack pour 1 mois, et j’ai eu mes règles alors que cela faisait 5 mois que je ne les avais pas eues ; je recommande les yeux fermés. À voir sur le long terme !

Efficace

J'ai fait une cure de 2 mois et j'ai réellement vu une différence sur mon cycle habituellement long. Dès le 1er mois de cure j'ai eu un cycle plus court et un SPM plus court également et moins fort en intensité de douleur et de nervosité.
Au 2ème mois de cure, mon cycle était encore plus court pour arriver à 28 jours.
Après le mois de pause (vacances d'été), mon cycle s'est un peu rallongé mais de peu.
J'ai enchainé à la rentrée sur les ampoules Fertilité pour mettre toutes les chances de notre coté pour un 1er essai PMA en novembre :)

Je souffrais terriblement des symptômes prémenstruels en plus d'avoir des règles douloureuses. Etant sportive de haut niveau, cela me perturbait dans ma pratique et était une véritable source d'inquiètude par rapport aux compétitions.

J'ai testé happy cycle pendant 2 mois, avec un test pendant une phase de compétition. Je suis ravie, soulagée qu'enfin les douleurs partent, les humeurs montages russes ont cessées et la prise d'eau (donc de poids) a largement diminué.

C’est devenu un indispensable. Ça me sauve la deuxième partie de cycle, pourtant j’ai des spm forts et qui durent longtemps. Mais avec happy cycle, ça me permet d’être sereine sans accès d’humeurs, et un sommeil presque bien tout du long.

Ne peux pas l’utiliser

Il est noté sur la boîte (et pas sur le site) que c’est déconseillé aux personnes qui ont eu des cancers du sein (ou ayant eu. Des parents malades) …. Donc je n’ose pas le prendre… peut-être faudrait-il dans « pour qui » préciser les raisons.

En deux cycles j’ai pu constater les effets: moins de saute d’humeur, le ventre moins gonflé, moins ballonnée. Je vais continuer à en prendre
