Ingredients

1 bunch of carrots
1 pinch of cumin
2 tablespoons of olive oil
1 tablespoon of maple syrup

Recipe

Peel the carrots. Place them in an ovenproof dish.
Brush with the oil/cumin/maple syrup mixture.
Place in the oven for 40 minutes at 240°.
Sprinkle with parsley or pomegranate seeds before serving!

Feel free to add some salted granola with cashew nuts and herbes de Provence Tomato croq, for a little extra crunch!
