Les bienfaits de notre bouillon Mama cider :
- Les cheveux sont à base de kératine, une protéine qui contient divers acides aminés commun avec le collagène (1). Consommer du bouillon permet de consommer des acides aminés.
- Faire le plein de collagène. Le collagène est la protéine de structure de votre corps.
- Faire le plein de protéines. En particulier, pendant la grossesse et l'allaitement, le besoin en protéines est plus élevé (2). Mama cider est riche en protéines.
- Soutenir la masse musculaire. Les protéines contribuent au maintien et à augmenter la masse musculaire.
- Prendre soin de sa digestion. Le vinaigre de cidre est naturellement acide et, pour les personnes dont l'acidité gastrique est faible, son utilisation peut contribuer à augmenter les niveaux d'acidité gastrique pour faciliter la digestion (3).

Liquid chicken broth:

Chicken bones* (50.72%), water, onion*, ginger*, carrot*, lemongrass*, apple cider vinegar* (1.45%), salt*, pepper*, turmeric*.

Our broth is made from organic chicken bones (140g of chicken per 100 mL of broth), with a gentle cooking process for hours to extract all the goodness (collagen, protein, etc.). It is 100% organic.

A comforting and remineralising broth, and above all incredibly quick to prepare. A 240 ml serving of broth contains more than 7 g of natural collagen.

 

We recommend heating it in a saucepan over a low heat. You can also heat it for 1 minute 30 seconds in the microwave at 700 W (without the lid).

 

Drink piping hot. You can also use it in your dish preparations (ramen, risotto, etc.).

The difference is the taste! Mama Poule has a more neutral, lighter flavour, whereas in Mama cider we have added more ginger and lemongrass, for a Thai broth effect.

We recommend a broth course of at least 6 days every month, but you can consume it every day! It all depends on each person's needs. One jar contains more than 7 g of collagen. 

We select only the finest cuts of chicken, combined with fresh vegetables and carefully chosen spices. Our slow cooking process draws out all the flavours, creating a rich and nourishing broth. No artificial additives or preservatives are added, ensuring a natural and wholesome product.
