Golden Mama contains biotin, which contributes to the maintenance of normal hair. Each serving also provides 3 g of collagen, which contains amino acids that help build the keratin in your hair. The hair cells that are essential for hair formation, growth, and the hair cycle are rich in type 1 and type 3 collagen — the types of collagen found in Golden Mama.

For the skin
Biotin contributes to the maintenance of normal skin. Collagen participates in skin elasticity. We use type I collagen, which is the most abundant in the body and is particularly beneficial for tissues and skin. We also include type 3 collagen, which provides a flexible network for cellular support — it is the main component often found in skin and is abundant during the early stages of wound healing.

Boosting collagen to recover from childbirth
One serving (3 scoops providing 7.5 g of powder) delivers 3 g of marine collagen. Collagen contains, among other things, glycine, which supports muscle repair, and glutamine, which contributes to protein synthesis.

Golden latte délicieux et réconfortant

J’étais à la recherche d’une poudre de collagène compatible allaitement et comme j’aime boire des golden latte, mon choix s’est naturellement porté sur le goût golden mama. Les avis clients m’ont fait un peu peur quant au goût, mais je suis vraiment ravie du produit. On ne sent pas du tout le collagène et avec du lait ou un lait végétal c’est délicieux. Après il faut évidemment aimer le curcuma :)

J'ai commencé la cure Golden mama dès mon retour de la maternité. Un plaisir de boire ma petite boisson épicée au quotidien, un bon goût réconfortant sans apport de sucre. J'ai commencé à perdre mes cheveux au bout de 4 mois et je pense que Golden mama m'a vraiment aidé à la limiter les dégâts car je les perds comme lorsqu'on change de saison donc c'est tout à fait raisonnable et en plus mes cheveux sont brillants et pas du tout abimés (je précise que j'ai commencé le mama hair il y a un bon mois en complément). Je suis ravie de l'ensemble des produits jolly mama qui m'ont vraiment bien accompagné à la suite de mon accouchement et je continuerai volontiers à boire le golden mama au quotidien !

Un golden latte réussi

Très bon produit au goût avec du lait d’avoine, les effets se font rapidement sentir et parfait au 4h en post partum :wink: c’est réconfortant et nourrissant
