The personalised assessment
Our Website offers you the option of completing a personalised assessment in order to recommend the products best suited to your situation. Completing it is entirely optional.
In this context, you may be asked to provide information relating to your plans for pregnancy or your pregnancy, as well as data concerning your health (for example, contraindications, breastfeeding or an ongoing pregnancy, hormonal disorders, ongoing treatments, allergies) and your lifestyle (sleep, stress, diet), it being specified that only data strictly necessary to personalise our recommendations are collected.
Some of this information constitutes health data within the meaning of Article 9 of the GDPR. These data are processed on the basis of your explicit consent, which you express by voluntarily answering the questions asked. You may stop the assessment at any time.
The life stage you indicate (for example, trying to conceive (ttc), preconception, trying for a baby, assisted reproduction, fertility treatment, pregnancy, postpartum, breastfeeding, perimenopause) is first used to ensure the safety of our recommendations, as certain products are not recommended depending on your situation.
Your email address is collected in order to send you the results of your assessment. It may also be used, via our email-sending tool, to send you communications and content tailored to your situation. You may object to receiving these communications at any time at the bottom of the emails. The other information provided in the assessment, in particular information relating to your health, is used solely to recommend a product suited to your situation and is never used for commercial communications purposes or transmitted to this tool.
You may also, if you wish, provide your telephone number in order to receive your results and speak with our team via WhatsApp. This field is optional.
Your assessment responses are retained for 2 years from your last contact with us, then deleted or anonymised.
You may withdraw your consent and request the deletion of your responses at any time by writing to us at contact@jollymama.com.
Do we share your personal data?
If your personal data are transferred outside the EEA (European Economic Area) or Switzerland, we ensure a similar level of protection by making sure that these transfers are based on appropriate safeguards, in particular standard contractual clauses approved by the European Commission or, where applicable, the provider’s certification under the EU-US Data Privacy Framework.
How long do we retain your data?
We retain your personal data only for the period necessary for the purposes for which they were collected:
- customer data (account, orders): for the entire duration of the commercial relationship, then 5 years in intermediate archiving for evidential purposes;
- invoicing documents: 10 years in accordance with accounting obligations;
- prospect data: until consent is withdrawn or 3 years from the last contact (for example, newsletter subscription, click in an email);
- personalised assessment responses: 2 years from the last contact, then deletion or anonymisation;
- browsing data and cookies: choices relating to the placement of cookies (acceptance / refusal) are retained retained for 6 months. The retention period for cookies and other trackers varies according to their purpose and is specified in our Cookies Policy.
What are your rights?
Under European data protection law, you have the following rights:
- obtain portability of the data you have provided to us.
Exercising your rights is free of charge. Any request will be processed within a maximum period of one month from its receipt. This period may be extended by two months in the event of a complex request, in which case we will inform you.
We may ask you to confirm your identity only where there is reasonable doubt as to your identity.
