Un faible statut en folates chez la mère augmente les risques d'apparition d'anomalies du tube neural chez le foetus en développement. La supplémentation en acide folique augmente le statut maternel en folates. L'effet bénéfique est obtenu par la consommation journalière de 400 μg d'acide folique, au moins un mois avant la conception et jusqu'à trois mois après la conception. Cocooning+

Take 1 ampoule per day, dissolved in a glass of water or a drink of your choice. To be taken continuously throughout the cycle, with a break during your period.
You can continue the course continuously for 3 months, taking a 1-week break before starting a new 3-month course.
This product should be discontinued as soon as you become pregnant.

Baby bump

Take 2 capsules per day. If you have a sensitive stomach, take 1 capsule in the morning with breakfast and 1 capsule at lunchtime with your lunch.

Breastfeeding : no

Cocooning+ is not recommended during breastfeeding. Baby Bump is compatible with breastfeeding.

ART : attention

Cocooning+ should be avoided after an embryo transfer. It may be taken beforehand on the advice of your medical team, as its compounds could interact with treatments. Baby Bump is compatible with IVF.

Contraindications:

Cocooning+: Not recommended for women with a personal or family history of breast cancer (due to the presence of red clover).
Avoid in cases of endometriosis and fibroids.
If you are following a medical treatment, seek advice from a healthcare professional.

Baby Bump: Not recommended for people with thyroid disorders.
Not suitable for people being treated with coumarin anticoagulants. We advise you to consult your doctor before taking food supplements containing vitamin K.
Not suitable for children and adolescents.
People who need to undergo laboratory tests should inform their doctor or laboratory staff that they are taking or have recently taken biotin (vitamin B8).

It contains zinc, which contributes to normal fertility and reproduction, and vitamin B6, which contributes to the regulation of hormonal activity.
