Add 5 grams of the blend to a cup.

Pour simmering water over the mixture and leave to infuse for 10 to 15 minutes.

Then strain the mixture.

Mix the contents of the sachet well before use for an even infusion.

We recommend drinking 1 cup of herbal tea per day.

The herbal tea can be taken alongside our sleep supplement Mama Dreams.

Yes, our Sweet mama infusion has been specially developed to be compatible with pregnancy and breastfeeding*. There are very few herbal blends that have been proven safe during these periods. With our blend, we guarantee that you can consume it without risk. We use matricaria chamomile, proven to be safe, as opposed to feverfew, which should be avoided.
