To simplify your withdrawal request and speed up its processing, we recommend exercising your right directly from your customer account on your order status HERE

In accordance with the legal provisions relating to the right of withdrawal, you have 14 days from receipt of your order to notify us of your wish to withdraw.

 

Once your order is being prepared, it can no longer be modified or cancelled. You will need to wait until you receive your parcel to exercise your right of withdrawal via this form.

 

Products must be in perfect condition, sealed, and complete in order to be eligible for a refund.

 

Specific case of a subscription order:

• If you return your entire subscription order and you are within your commitment period, your commitment will be extended by 1 month

• If you are returning a subscription order (order 3 or above) and wish to cancel your subscription, please go to your subscriber account to unsubscribe and stop receiving any future orders
