Ingredients

Serves 4:

– 4 clementines 

– 2 tablespoons of olive oil 

– 2 tablespoons of maple syrup 

– Granochoc granola with chocolate chips, enriched with iron to meet your needs whilst treating yourself

The recipe

  1. Peel the clementines and remove as much of the white pith as possible.
  2. Gently heat the olive oil and maple syrup in a frying pan and place the clementines in it.
  3. Gently brown and caramelise on all sides.
  4. Leave to cool.
  5. Serve the clementines warm with their cooking juices, and add the granola on top.
