A delicious rice pudding recipe — healthy, vegan, and specially designed for breastfeeding!

Ingredients

– 4–5 tablespoons (20–25 g) of our breastfeeding herbal tea
– 1 litre of almond, soy, oat or spelt milk (whichever you prefer)
– 200 g of round-grain rice
– 25 g of coconut sugar

Recipe

Put the milk and the infusion in a saucepan, then heat until boiling.

Leave to infuse off the heat for 5 minutes, then remove the infusion.

Pour the rice and sugar into the saucepan containing the flavoured milk.

Heat at a gentle simmer for 25 minutes until the rice is cooked.

Be sure to stir very regularly! The rice should be tender and the texture creamy.

Pour the rice pudding into small pots or verrines and chill before serving!

Don't have a breastfeeding herbal tea? If you have breastfeeding food supplements in capsule form, you can open the capsule and pour the contents into your rice pudding.
