How to read your score
This score reflects the intensity of the symptoms you are experiencing. The higher it is, the more your body is expressing specific needs related to perimenopause.
There is no universally "normal" score.
Every woman experiences hormonal transitions differently, and the same score can cover very different realities.
This questionnaire measures the intensity of symptoms and their impact on your daily life, at a given moment.
An overall low score does not rule out highly bothersome symptoms in one specific area (for example sleep, mood or hot flushes).
What matters most is not the number, but the way these symptoms affect you day to day.
Your score
Mild symptoms (0 – 24)
Your symptoms are generally mild. If something concerns you or changes, do not hesitate to discuss it with a healthcare professional.
Moderate symptoms (25-49)
You are describing several signs that can be observed during phases of hormonal transition, such as perimenopause.
Marked symptoms (50 - 74)
You are describing symptoms and an impact that should not be overlooked. This often warrants a conversation with a healthcare professional (GP, gynaecologist, midwife) to explore possible causes and receive appropriate support.
Significant impact (75 - 100)
Your symptoms appear to be having a significant impact on your daily life. We recommend booking an appointment to take stock of the situation and receive appropriate support.
