Hydrolysed marine collagen (fish), natural peach flavour, acerola fruit extract (Malpighia punicifolia) standardised for vitamin C (ascorbic acid).

Acerola fruit extract: origin South America.

We have chosen a French hydrolysed marine collagen, with a reduced molecular weight of 2000 Daltons for optimal absorption*. Sourced from sustainable fishing and certified Friends of the Sea, it is neutral in taste and odour.

Our vitamin C comes from acerola, a natural source offering excellent absorption**.

Take 4.2 g of powder per day using the measuring spoon (2 spoons).

Le produit a une odeur étrange et il a été livré deux fois déjà ouvert:(. Le service client est désagréable. La livraison prend beaucoup de temps (jusqu'à 9 jours!) et, en plus, le colis a été envoyé à un mauvais point de retrait à chaque fois — pas celui que j’avais sélectionné. Chaque fois, cela m’a pris une heure pour récupérer le paquet, c’est insensé

The body's natural collagen production begins to decline from the age of 25*. You can therefore start a collagen course from that age. Certain life stages, such as pregnancy, also require an increased protein intake (ANSES).

Collagen production gradually decreases at a rate of 1.5% per year from the age of 25. By 35, you have only 80% of your initial reserves*. Taking a collagen-based food supplement may help to compensate for this decline. It can therefore be particularly beneficial during menopause food supplement.

Furthermore, it can be difficult to obtain sufficient collagen through diet alone, as it is found mainly in foods that are rarely consumed, such as bone broth, the skin of certain animals (pork, beef, chicken), or fish bones. Peach Mama provides a vitamin C supplement in addition.

We recommend incorporating collagen into your daily routine. Studies show visible benefits from as early as 2 months of regular use, with optimal results between 3 and 4 months*. You can repeat the course several times a year, or even take it daily on a long-term basis.

The key factor when choosing a collagen is its molecular weight, which determines how well it is absorbed. Our collagen has a molecular weight of just 2,000 Daltons, making it one of the most easily assimilated available. A clinical study showed that 2.5g per day is sufficient to achieve visible results in 4 weeks. Optimal effects are observed after a 3-month course*. The ideal dosage varies from person to person depending on their specific needs, lifestyle, age, and other factors such as sun exposure or alcohol consumption.
