Take 7.2 g of powder per day using the measuring spoon (3 spoons).

We recommend diluting it in:

50 ml of hot water if you prefer a short, strong coffee.

100 ml of hot water if you prefer a light, long black coffee.

50 ml of hot water + 50 ml of hot plant-based milk for a white coffee.

100 ml of plant-based milk (hot or cold) for an indulgent latte.

You can also mix it into your regular coffee, in a smoothie, or into any preparation you like.

We recommend completing a course of at least 3 months, which can be renewed if you wish.

From the age of 25, the body's collagen production begins to decline*. As a result, from 25 onwards, you can start taking collagen supplements. Certain life stages are particularly demanding in terms of protein needs — pregnancy being one of them (ANSES).

The body's collagen production decreases by 1.5% per year from the age of 25. By 35, only 80% of our reserves remain*. Taking a collagen food supplement may help to counterbalance this decline in production. This can therefore be of interest particularly in menopause food supplement.
Through diet alone, it is not always easy to get a good intake of collagen, as it is found in dishes and foods we do not necessarily eat on a regular basis: bone broth, skin (pork, beef, chicken), or fish bones.

When wondering which collagen to choose, the most important criterion is a low molecular weight to ensure good absorption. Our collagen has a very low molecular weight of 2,000 Da. The higher the molecular weight, the less efficient the absorption. A clinical study has demonstrated the efficacy of our collagen at a dose of 2.5 g per day, with visible results from 4 weeks, particularly in terms of skin hydration and reduction of fine lines. Maximum effects appear after a 3-month course*.

There is no single universal dosage that suits everyone. The right dosage depends on your specific needs, your lifestyle (smoking, alcohol consumption, a diet high in added sugar and ultra-processed foods, sun exposure, etc.), your age, and many other factors.
