1 avocado
¼ grapefruit
1 tablespoon chopped dulse

1 teaspoon grapefruit juice
1 drizzle of sesame oil
1 pinch of ground coriander
1 pinch of chilli powder
Salt

1 handful of salted Tomato croq granola, with cashew nuts and herbes de Provence

Optional:

Prawns, crab and feta work very well with this salad.
