½ cauliflower
3 carrots
2 handfuls of seeds (sunflower and pumpkin)
1 tsp of oregano
The juice of one orange
Walnut oil
Salt & pepper

1 handful of salted granola Tomato croq, with cashew nuts and herbes de Provence

Finely slice the raw cauliflower, ideally using a mandoline.
Do the same with the carrots.
