Bump essentials and Omega Mama are two supplements based on vitamins, minerals and DHA. It is ideal for all women, particularly those who are vegan or who cannot digest fish oil (which is often the source of DHA).

Bump essentials helps provide essential vitamins (vitamin B9, vitamin D3, B vitamins, etc.), nutrients (zinc, iodine, etc.) and choline.

It helps provide the recommended dose of vitamin B9, in the patented form Quatrefolic®, which is very well absorbed by the body (1). A low folate status increases the risk of neural tube defects.

Its richness in nutrients helps reduce fatigue, plays a role in cell division processes, etc.

Maternal consumption of DHA contributes to the normal development of the brain and eyes of the foetus. The beneficial effect is obtained by the daily consumption of 200 mg of DHA, in addition to the daily intake of omega-3 fatty acids recommended for adults, i.e. 250 mg of DHA and EPA.
