A comforting and remineralising broth, and above all incredibly quick to prepare. A 240 ml serving of broth contains more than 7 g of natural collagen.

We recommend heating it in a saucepan over a low heat. You can also heat it in the microwave for 1 minute 30 seconds at 700 W (without the lid).

 

Best enjoyed piping hot. You can also use it in your recipes (ramen, risotto, etc.).

Chicken broth can be consumed as it is, warmed up as a hot drink, or used as a base for soups, stews, sauces and other recipes. It can also be used to cook grains such as rice or quinoa. The difference is the taste! Mama Poule has a more neutral, lighter flavour, whereas in Mama cider we have added more ginger and lemongrass, for a Thai broth effect. 

We primarily use apple cider vinegar to extract collagen from chicken bones, which gives our high collagen content. Archie is the expert apple cider vinegar brand, with many benefits: supports digestion, cares for the gut, blood sugar levels, etc*.
