In Sunny Mummy, we use vitamin D3, the most bioavailable form of vitamin D, of plant origin, as well as vitamin K2-MK7, which is the form best absorbed by the body and remains active for longer. These two vitamins are combined with refined rapeseed oil for better absorption. Vitamin K2-MK7, in particular, has the longest lifespan in the body, allowing it to exert its beneficial effects for longer.
