The Totox index measures the oxidation of the oil and therefore its freshness. It must be below 26 to guarantee a quality oil. Our capsules have a final Totox index of just 4, measured after production, which is excellent. Please note: some brands display low indices measured before manufacturing, which can give a misleading impression of quality.
