Per 1 ampoule per day: Osmosed water, aerial part extract of lady's mantle (Alchemilla glabra) 1000 mg, lavender flower extract (Lavandula angustifolia) 500 mg; concentrated blueberry juice (Vaccinium myrtillus); flowering top extract of red clover (Trifolium pratense) 480 mg; aerial part extract of passionflower (Passiflora incarnata) 300 mg; root extract of rhodiola (Rhodiola rosea) 120 mg; zinc bisglycinate (providing 5 mg of zinc, i.e. 50% NRV*); natural blackberry flavouring.

Take 1 ampoule per day diluted in a glass of water or your drink of choice.

Take continuously for 3 months, with a break during your period.
You may begin the course on the day after your period ends.

Stop taking upon confirmation of pregnancy. It is possible to continue the course after three months by observing a 1-week break. Cocooning+ can be taken at the same time as your prenatal vitamins.

This food supplement should be used as part of a healthy lifestyle and should not be used as a substitute for a varied and balanced diet. Keep out of reach of children. Do not exceed the recommended daily dose.

Yes! Our zinc-based supplement Cocooning+ contains 5 mg, which is 50% of the NRV, and can be taken alongside your prenatal vitamins. It is perfectly compatible with our Baby Bump multivitamin — you can take both when trying for a baby.
It is also compatible with iron-based food supplements. Our Iron Mama capsules provide iron bisglycinate.

Absolutely! Cocooning+ is compatible with vitamin B9 supplementation. Folic acid supplementation increases maternal folate status. A low folate status in the mother increases the risk of neural tube defects in the developing foetus. The beneficial effect is achieved by the daily consumption of 400 μg of folic acid, at least one month before conception and up to three months after conception. Folates contribute to the growth of maternal tissues during pregnancy.
As a tasty alternative, our Vanifique snacks provide 400 µg of vitamin B9 per snack.

When trying to conceive, we recommend taking it for 3 months. Many mamas have fallen pregnant after just one month, while others haven't after a full 3-month course. Every woman is different. Cocooning+ isn't magic — it gives you a boost on your baby journey, but it should be part of a holistic approach.

It is advisable to allow your body to recover for at least one cycle before starting again on the first day of the following cycle.

If you take Ovo+, Cocooning+ and one of our pregnancy multivitamins (Baby Bump, Bump essentials or Bump powder), this provides a total of 15mg of zinc. The upper safety limit for zinc is 25mg per day. You can therefore combine these 3 products if you wish. However, please ensure you do not take any other food supplements that also contain zinc.
